The implementation of IQNavigator’s true SaaS solution involved a very high level of integration, data volumes and usage. Seventeen system integrations were implemented, some written to the client’s specific needs and some using IQNavigator’s off-the-shelf interfaces, such as to PeopleSoft and for single sign-on. In addition to loading historical data for integrated, real-time trend reporting, the client’s initial setup incorporated 15,000 locations, 40,000 users, and 250,000 cost-allocation values, all of which are automatically synchronized via integrations with client systems. After the switchover to IQNavigator, tens of thousands of new users started using the software right away.
